Our Company
Pappas Investments is headquartered at 21st and L Street, midtown Sacramento, in an office building they redeveloped in the late 1980s. Pappas Investments has approximately ten full time employees including a full time property manager; land use attorney, construction manager, and accountant. Additionally, they use numerous respected outside consultants in their real estate operation to include, among others, McKie Realty Services (formerly with Robert Powell), McDonough Holland and Allen, Allan Matkins Leck Gamble and Malloy.

Louie Pappas began his real estate career as a land broker, but left the brokerage business to focus on land development. For many years, Pappas Investments acquired, mapped and sold single-family land. The profits were exchanged into income properties and for land held in inventory. In some cases, land in inventory has been held for over twenty years prior to development. When John Pappas joined the family business full time, Pappas Investments began developing more properties. Over the past few years Pappas Investments has developed or is developing these properties.
